...flying into Shanghai from Shenzhen last week the lady gets on the intercom and explains that the weather is too bad to land>>>>so we circled the airport for an hour and a half....finally she gets back on the intercom and says "were going down now" I looked around and seemed to be the only one even slightly botherd/amused by this... obviously she hasnt been following the news recently and the nascent declining track record of airtravel safety....
